After exchange of contracts, can JA Ball change the design of my property?
JA Ball New Homes reserves the right to make minor amendments to properties, for example; to the specification, without prior notice, but to an equal or higher standard. If there is a significant change to the design of the property the customer would be contacted to discuss it.
