We were the first tennants into 5 Harris Place which is situated on Factory Road. The apartment is well propertioned and laid out with spacious rooms in a quiet location and has the added bonus of 2 parking spaces. J A Ball as landlords were always helpful and quick to remedy the usual snagging issues that always come with a brand new property. Thank you for everything.

Thank you for providing my family with our first home, I have enjoyed every moment of our time here and it has been an absolute pleasure being your tennant, if ever we had a query were always met by a friendly voice and a helpful nature. I would recommend your company to anyone, we love how you have combined old with new; the old factory with modern living. The original features of the factory was what attracted us to the property as it has a real character and the finish of the apartment is of a very high standard. You have obviously spent alot of time and money on the apartments and believe me it shows (we had a peek at all of the plots before we chose ours). I just hope that it proves as much of a loving home to the new tennants/owners as it has for us, once again thank you.
